Razorbacks

This post is almost 2 months late, but better late than never! These are just a few pics from the Arkansas/Missouri State game. My parents, Ryan, and Jo were all here for the game. It was lots of fun!! Absolutely nothing better than a fall Saturday watching the Hogs win a football game. We could stand to see a few more of those wins in the next few weeks...
I don't know the guy in the pic with the t-shirt is, but I really enjoyed it, even if my husband doesn't :)

Pinnacle

So today was a pretty nice little Sunday. My friend Amy spent the weekend with us since Jeremy was out of town and it was lots of fun! This morning we tried a new church, New Life, which I really enjoyed. I have loved visiting all of the great churches here. There are sooo many good ones!! After that, we had a mini living room photo session...the one that turned out the best was me and Jeff with our neice, Bella. She also spent the weekend playing with her buddy Sawdust. She has absolutely no idea that he is like ten times bigger than her.
This afternoon after my sweet husband took me shoe shopping, we decided to go hike Pinnacle Mountain! We have been wanting to do this ever since we moved here and it was such a gorgeous day that we wanted to spend it outside. Sooo we hiked up the easy side (which wasn't quite as easy as I was expecting) and it took less than 30 minutes. The view when we got to the top was beautiful! I can't wait to go back and maybe take Sawdust with us. There were several chocolate labs there, and so the whole time we wished we would have had him with us. And the fall leaves were just beautiful!!!
On our way there, we had seen a sign for a pumpkin patch and decided to go check it out. We didn't actually end up seeing any pumpkins, because you had to pay for admission and I didn't need to buy any more anyway, but we will definitely go buy our pumpkins there next year. And best of all...there was a sign on the way out that said to come back for Christmas trees!!!! I had already been wondering where we were going to get our Christmas tree this year and now we have a place. So it was a pretty great day for the Hough family.

We Walked For MeMe

This weekend was our annual Mother Daughter Trip! This is our third year in a row to come to Little Rock and our second year to walk in Race For The Cure. Our MeMe is a breast cancer survivor, so the weekend was all about celebrating her and spending time with our awesome family. Basically, the weekend consisted of the following:

• Shopping ALL day long, shutting down the stores at closing time, eating dinner late, and not going to bed before midnight. We are hardcore.
• Wedding dress shopping for Laura (which I missed :( but so happy for her that she found one!
• Aunt Susan with all of her hotel room bed mishaps...I think next year she should stay away from rollaways :)
• Getting to the race when it's still dark outside and FREEZING!!
• My MeMe who walks the whole 3.1 miles...can yours do that???
• My sweet husband bring flowers to MeMe and taking lots of pictures. From light poles. And parking garages. And yelling at the top of his voice "MEME'S GIRLS!! YEAH!! And recruiting lots and lots of groups of men to yell it with him :)
  
• AC getting a build-a-bear dog...we are suckers. This week for her is going to be tough getting back to real life.
• More shopping...
• Lots and lots of food...italian, mexican, pizza, chinese, cracker barrel, cupcakes. I think I want to eat nothing but salad for a week.
• Piling in and out of the car because we refuse to take 2...all 9 of us. We got some stares.
  
• Lots of really great memories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Murphy and Pumpkins

Today my friend Casey let me take pictures of her little girl Murphy. She is a precious 14 month old little girl...and so fun to take pictures of!! I had been looking forward to going to find some pumpkins for my house, so it was a great way to spend the afternoon!! Hope you enjoy.
